We woke up super early to catch the 5am train... its only 3am in singapore time!
we follow the crowd and we are here at the auction's visitor area~ theres a long queue behind us...
lucky we are early~
the auction area~
the wholesaler can check the quality of the fish by seeing the colour of the tuna
auction starto! its very interesting to see how they bid the tuna... the person look more like singing than shouting out the bid price~
ok done~ and they will paste a sticker on the tuna~
straight outside the auction is the inner market... where they sell the rest of the seafoods
stall holders chopping the tuna that they just bidded~
uni~
on the outer market, there kitchen related stuff and food stalls...
the other must-do at tsukiji?
is of coz eating the freshest sashimi!
by the time we reach the store... its so crowded at almost all the sushi shops...
i forget to do research for the stalls so we just queue at one of the stall that have lesser queue compared to the rest.... guess we queue for around 30mins....(its the shortest alrdy loh)
the menu and price~
not very cheap for a meal... but consider the quality that you will be getting... probably a plate might cost over 100 in SGD ba ~
inside the restuarant~ very small and it can accomodate like 10-12people...
probably that explain the long queue~
